the location of the hotel was magnificent and incredible - around 10-15 minutes walk from spanish synagogue. you could walk to the christmas market and a market.
Didn't like the area, it was very expensive.

Centrally located near Old Town Square.
I faced significant challenges with the noise levels, as the sound insulation was poor. I could hear everything from other rooms and the street outside. The steep stairs leading to my room were a real struggle, especially without any help from the staff. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking variety and flavor, which left me feeling unsatisfied each morning.

Great location and friendly staff.
When we arrived, they had rented our attic room to another family. They were kind enough to put my family in two other rooms for the first night but with no bellman and mutiple flights of stairs, moving is a pain. I was prepared for this--but didn't plan on doing it twice. They also made a point of saying that it was because I had changed the reservation. Read; "my fault, not theirs..." They also said that there are problems in working with Bookings.com--because updates hey offered no discount upon check out. Food is mediocre.

Hotel was perfectly situated, right in the city centre (30 seconds from the old place and 10 minutes by foot from Charles Bridge). Rooms were ok and nice, breakfast was really good (lots of fresh products), staff was helpful. Taxi service provided by the hotel was perfect too. Very good hotel and trip for us in general. We'll go again in same hotel if we go back to Praha !! (Even that we had a very little problem with the payment at the hotel, they refunded us without any problem and fast). You have to choose this hotel if you go to Praha.
Stairs (because we we're tired of visiting all day, lol !) ;))))

The bedrooms were really lovely, modern and comfortable within a very beautiful old building. The hotel was so very convenient to getting around. We were able to walk to all the sights we were interested in.
I'm afraid the entrance to the hotel is rather dated and tired looking. Also one of the things that was annoying was that there was no shampoo sachets in the bathrooms. Shampoo could be bought in the reception which was a little tacky. No lift in this hotel

The location is fantastic, just steps away from St Nicola's Church, Old Town Square, and the Astronomical Clock. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stylish furniture and a mini fridge. We enjoyed our time in Prague, and despite the hotel being basic, it provided a cozy atmosphere for our group.

Location!!! The young female staff persons were so polite and helpful.
Yes!! I borrowed a laptop computer and while I was using it , it blacked out. I could not get it to respond. I could not sign out. Five days later someone opened this computer and sent very nasty messages to several of my friends on my email account. Please do not loan laptops!!

The ideal location - just round the corner from the Old Town Square and at the most quiet corner at that, as the main tourist path is circumventing the block on the other side.
The arrangement of the bath tub in the superior double room (# 1). Sort of carved into the wall in such a way that you are forced to take a bath in the embryonic position. Was fun for me, but can be a real problem for elderly or heavyset persons.
